I am a therapist (MSW, ACSW), a certified interventionist (CCMI) and a certified drug counselor (CADC-ll), based in Southern California. I have personally been in recovery for over 30 years. I live in Los Angeles and work as a therapist at CRI-Help, Inc. in North Hollywood and as a professor at Pierce College in Woodland Hills.
My passions are holistic recovery for the person in crisis and wellness for the entire family system. I counsel and intervene in the areas of alcoholism, drug addiction, co-occurring mental illness and various process/behavioral addictions (such as sex & love addiction, food addiction, exercise addiction, gambling addiction and electronics/gaming/social media addiction). I currently work with Intervention911 and Harmony Place treatment center. I am available for interventions (including pre-interventions and comprehensive case management post-intervention), individual and family counseling, sober transport and all aspects of treatment planning.
